Just wondering, how strict should conjecture be on real world locations? Can we say was state they are in if it's not revealed on screen? New Orleans is never mentioned to be in Louisiana, though the article does mention it. Same for Salem. It feels silly not to mention it, and it's a pain on intro lines. "X is an American city" is just so... awkward.
Also, do we need articles on states? Rhode Island, Connecticut, Louisiana, Colorado have been mentioned so far. Should we also include articles on states that haven't been mentioned? Ot do we just merge everything in a big list, "United States"?
