You may or may not know that Static is in this. If you watched the Static Shock series or read the comics you'd know about the big bang that gave all these teens powers. The teens are called Bang Babies.

Taking from Bloodlines, could they be using the Meta-gene in these abductees to create the bang-babies?

Im not just a supercomic fan but I know more than basics and am really into the series.
