Mammoth v Blockbuster

So I was wondering which of these two "steroid" enhanced villians is stronger? In the first appearance of each, the strongest Team member, Superboy, stood no chance against either. In fact they were similarly defeated by Aqualad with a combination of water and electricity. Now, I heard/read that Kobra Venom is three times stronger than Bane Venom and permenent. However, this does not compare Mammoth(Kobra Venom) and Blockbuster (Blockbuster formula). I want to say that mammoth "should" be stronger based on the fact that it was a project to combine Blockbuster formula and Venom. I don't see the point in doing so if the result would be the same or weaker than the already made Blockbuster formula. In the most recent episode "Usual Suspects," Superboy dominated Mammoth, but was being handled by Blockbuster. However, Superboy used his last shield to destroy Mammoth. So is there any proof that either is better/stronger? I was also thinking that it might have to do with a "Hulk v Abomination" thing in which the latter retains mental control and abilities.

Side question: Shields are supposed to suppress Superboy's human DNA, therefore give him flight and heat vision. I though it was evident that it also granted him vastly more strenght and sped. Am I correct in assuming so, or just a result of him getting angier and thus not holding back? In "Terrors" Superby mentioned that h was not as strong as Superman and in "Agendas" he was being owned by Match (regardless of flight and heat vision).
