Talk: Rescue drill

Out of curiosity, what's the importance of capitalising the first word, but not the second? On Wikipedia, they did this with "Malt shop". Like it's a title, but not so important that both words need capitalising. -- Anythingspossibleforapossible (talk) 12:59, June 19, 2015 (UTC)
