Red Arrow is present, tailing the assassin Cheshire. As the mysterious arbitrator arrives, Cheshire attempts to blow up his car, but Red Arrow stops her. Cheshire and Red Arrow fight, and Cheshire is arrested by Taipei Police. The mysterious arbitrator is revealed to be Lex Luthor.[3]
- 06:41 EDT: Miss Martian and Superboy prepare to go to school. Miss Martian goes with the name "Megan Morse". Superboy is given the name "Conner Kent" by Megan and Martian Manhunter (who had named himself "John Jones", and Red Tornado "John Smith").[3]
- 07:58 EDT: Megan and Conner arrive at school. Conner almost picks a fight with a skateboarding kid, Marvin White, and Megan is invited to cheerleading tryouts by Wendy Harris.[3]
