I'm not sure what you mean. do you mean the big box next to the avatar? You already have that. Do you mean the user page? That's a specific template of the DC wiki, it won't work here.

  It's this template. If you add it to your user page, you won't get the same results as you get there. You will instead get this:

The squads vary per mission. No-one is a permanent "member" of a squad, so listing it is pointless. In the long run, it will look like "she was a member of Beta Squad, then Alpha Squad, then Phi, Ypsilon, Kappa, Iota, and twice Omega Squads."
