They later uncover a conspiracy as they get caught in the middle of a war between Bane's gang and the Cult of the Kobra (who are assisted by Cadmus's operative Sportsmaster) over the creation and production of the new neo-steroid Kobra-Venom made from Bane's Venom and the Project Blockbuster formula. Aqualad agrees to be the leader until Robin is ready to take over.[1]
