Happy Harbor and Mount Justice.

Happy Harbor is a small municipality in the state of Rhode Island. Mount Justice is just outside its borders.

While the Team was out flying in Miss Martian's Bio-Ship, Red Tornado learned an emergency alert was triggered at the Happy Harbor Power Plant. The Team investigated and discovered it was being attacked by a new villain named Mister Twister. Their battle caused much property damage to the plant, harbor, and city.[6]

The Team set up a perimeter around Happy Harbor High School to safeguard Dr. Serling Roquette while she completed a virus to neutralize the Fog. Upon an incursion by Cheshire, the Team moved Roquette across the town to the Sandbar internet café while Miss Martian posed as Roquette at another location.[4]

Megan Morse and Conner Kent attended their first day at school.[9]

Megan, Conner and Wally went to the school's Halloween party. They pranked Marvin White, who had hoped to prank his schoolmates with a fake Martian invasion.[10]

With all adults gone due to a spell from Klarion, the Team used the high school as a base to shelter as many children as possible. The older children helped out.[11]

The people of Happy Harbor witnessed a large explosion in nearby Mount Justice. Mal Duncan, who had just arrived from Ivy Town, saw it too, and rushed to aid his friends.[1]

2016-2018[]

After graduating from Ivy University and reconciling their relationship, M'gann and Conner moved back to Happy Harbor with Wolf, Sphere and Bio-Ship and began living together in the apartment above the garage at the home of their former high school teacher, Lucas Carr on the outskirts of town.[12][7]

Dick came to M'gann and Conner's apartment to recruit Conner for a mission to Markovia. Afterward, Conner proposed to M'gann.[7]

Conner and M'gann discussed their new houseguest. Later, Brion "helped" Conner repair a motorcycle.[13]

Bear boom tubed to the Carr garden to get help for a problem on New Genesis involving meta-humans. M'gann summoned the Team and they boom tubed off with Bear.

Later, Dick, Jeff and Artemis arrived to discuss the future of their Markovian refugees, and held an impromptu training session with Brion and Halo. They offered to help find Brion's sister.[14]

Forager was welcomed to Earth, and it was arranged for him and Brion to live in the Bio-RV. Dick came with intel that Tara might be with the League of Shadows. Eager to investigate despite Dick's advice to wait, Brion, Halo and Forager took the Super-Cycle to Infinity Island, soon pursued by their mentors on Bio-Ship.[15]

In the Carr garage, Nightwing briefed his team on a mission to Detroit to get intel from Cheshire.[16]

Conner was getting ready for a training session with Nightwing's team, but M'gann tempted him into the shower with her.[18]

Violet and Forager went for their first day at Happy Harbor High School. Though they did not fit in, they made friends with Harper Row. Violet opened a boom tube, and returned with Vic Stone.

Meanwhile, Brion and Dick had an altercation outside the Carr house, which caused Brion to reconsider his future.[19]

Nightwing's team met at the Carr house to discuss Halo's unusual first day at school and the arrival of Vic. The group deduced Halo's true nature and decided that Vic could stay with Brion and Forager.[20]

Nightwing's team headed to Al-Qawiya to rescue Tara. Violet remained behind with Vic and Helga Jace. Violet's distress at Brion going without them caused them to temporarily lose their powers, but when Vic was overtaken by the Fatherbox tech, they were able to permanently cleanse him.[21]

M'gann, Conner and Lucas Carr hosted Thanksgiving dinner for Karen Beecher, Malcolm Duncan, Forager and Vic. Forager attempted to help Vic deal with the way his life had changed since his accident.[23]

On or shortly after December 4, Brion, Forager and Vic moved to the Premiere Building.[24]

Beast Boy and Geo-Force Zeta'd to Happy Harbor from the Premiere Building to rendezvous with Wonder Girl, Static and Bio-Ship before heading to a mission in Santiago de Cuba.[5]

Megan met with Harper Row at her office at Happy Harbor High School to talk about her suspicion that Harper's father was abusing her and her brother. Harper eventually admitted that their father hit them. Megan later took Harper and Cullen to Happy Harbor Child Protective Services.[2]

Bethany Lee married Lucas Carr and moved into his house. They took Harper and Cullen Row in[26] as foster children.[27]

As Violet and Tara arrived on their way to school, M'gann, Conner, Gar, J'onn and Bio-Ship headed off on their trip to Mars for Conner and M'gann's wedding.

Later, Violet had a therapy session with Dinah outside the Carr house.[26]

Outside the Carr house, M'gann introduced Forager to Baby, and Forager informed M'gann about Gar's recent struggles.

Later, Forager gave the valedictorian's speech at the graduation ceremony at Happy Harbor High School.[28]

On September 14 or 15, M'gann and Conner recorded a video wedding invitation in their apartment.[29]
