Joker venom is a deadly toxin used by the Joker. It causes anyone who inhales it to laugh uncontrollably until the point of death, leaving them with a permanent grin on their faces.[1]
History[]
The Injustice League, including Joker, created Kobra-Venom enhanced plant creatures that were able to release Joker venom spores. As well as being used in the cities they attacked, the Joker deployed some in an apparent suicide attack when the Justice League arrived to stop them. Doctor Fate removed the poison before anyone was harmed.[1]
Years later, when the Joker discovered the Injustice League had been set up as a front for the Light, he attempted to take revenge by attacking the United Nations with Joker venom bombs. The Bat family were able to disable the bombs before detonation.[2]
