Khary Payton is an American screen and voice actor best known for playing Cyborg in Teen Titans. He also voices Hex and Manny Armstrong in the Ben 10 series and Ripcord in G.I. Joe: Renegades, and played King Ezekiel in The Walking Dead.
Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti first asked Payton to write an episode for the show in its third season, but he turned the offer down as he had just started working on The Walking Dead and felt he needed to focus on that. When they asked again for season four, he accepted, resulting in "Leviathan Wakes".[1]
