Dreamer is a black haired woman with violet eyes. She wears a pink dress with light blue stripes, black leggings, and matching pink boots. She also dons a short black cape with pink stripes. Dreamer has an assortment of jewelry, including a white armband, pink earrings, and a purple and pink diadem.
The Forever People eventually found the New Genesphere, and Superboy and Wolf with it. After Mother Box told them the boy did not steal the New Genesphere, Dreamer introduced herself and her group. They would search for other stolen machinery together.
They found the rescue drill near the Metropolis Federal Reserve. Dreamer fooled one of the guards, Norman, by creating an illusion of his mother. This allowed Moonrider and Vykin the opportunity to take all the guards out. But when they encountered the rest of Intergang, they were forced to retreat, and merge into Infinity-Man. They easily beat them this time, but all except Whisper A'Daire, who escaped. Dreamer used her powers to find out who was supplying Intergang with New God technology, and was shocked when she saw an image of Desaad.
The information led them to a hangar, but Superboy could see no heat signatures inside. Dreamer conjured up another illusion, and they went in as guards to investigate. Bruno Mannheim found them, as his technology could see through illusions and mask heat signatures. During the Forever People's transformation into Infinity-Man, Ugly threw Desaad's Father Box into it, turning it evil. Superboy and Sphere managed to drive out the evil influence and defeat Intergang. With Desaad gone and all things over, the Forever People returned to New Genesis, but left the New Genesphere with Superboy.
