Cure-tech is a patch reverse-engineered from Starro-tech, and could immunize and negate its effects. It was created by Queen Mera, Vulko, Serling Roquette and Amanda Spence. Unlike Starro-tech, which instantaneously brings the victim under control, Cure-tech renders the recipient unconscious during the process.^[1]
